Richard Lee started his music career as a mobile DJ at the age of 15. He joined a local DJ agency at 18 and worked all over the UK as a professional DJ for 10 years. In 1999 he joined The Music Factory Entertainment Group and quickly worked his way to the position of Group Label Manager. This includes heading up the hugely successful Mastermix label. In 2006 Richard joined the local radio station, Rother FM, to host their breakfast show and weekend sports show. This was his first experience at radio and has led to a number of opportunities that he hopes to pursue in 2010. Richard returned to the Music Factory in 2008 and has been using his radio experience to work on a brand new digital site aimed at radio presenters all over the world. He has made many friends in the radio industry and believes that this will assist him in future ventures.
