Beatbullyz
In a world of genetically-modified clone bands, singing haircuts and serious scenesters, thankfully we're seeing a renaissance of live urban music. It’s all about energy, enjoyment, upliftment and realness, taking the funk back to the floor and causing outbreaks of expressive emotion and demented dancing (don’t be scared now kids). Beatbullyz are busting out of the gates of town, causing stampedes to the dance-floor and locking horns with audiences across the UK and Europe with their high energy fusion of Hip Hop, Street Soul, upbeat Funk and Urban attitude!

DJ Skully
Skully first shot to prominence by being the first DJ to win DMC's UK Battle For Supremacy; an offshoot of the main World Championships, where DJs compete head to head rather than in sequence. From that launch pad he has received a mass following, and a multitude of accolades; including in 2002, the Diesel U Music Award for Best Scratch DJ, Best UK hip-hop DJ, and winning the DMC UK individual competition. After a retreat from competition for a few years, Skully returned in 2008 to regain the coveted DMC UK Championship title.

Dan Tait
Dan has literally spent half his life behind decks - at the age of 28, he has been rocking parties for over fifteen years. During this time his tastes have grown to encompass the many different strands of music that fall under the heading House and the breadth of styles with which he is comfortable is strongly evident in his sets. It was this ability to turn a track inside out, using whatever tools were at his finger-tips, that first caught the attention of the Pioneer Pro DJ product development team. Having first seen him in 2002 hammering the effects unit on a Pioneer mixer and using messed up loops on the CDJ-1000 to sculpt an epic workout constructed from three copies of the same track, they asked him to join their testing team and contribute advice and criticism on prototype Pioneer products.

Groundworx Session
Mainly focusing on Progressive House and Electro the boys from The Groundworx Session know how to build and keep a party going. They're used to working the decks for many hours, keeping their crowds filled full of that exciting tingly feeling by entrapping them with spine chilling bass driven tracks from beginning to end.

Pioneer Pro DJ Main Stage
[2008]
FireProof Skratch Duck
The FPSD has combined many disparate musical influences to make his tracks. His music is inspired by big beat artists such as Fatboy Slim and the Chemical Brothers, held together with riffs and melodies from artists like Genesis, Madonna and U2. As such, the tracks are essentially studio creations and the Skratch Duck sees that his role as producer is equally as important as the skratches he adds to complete the sound. The resulting music has a big beat style, but with familiar and melodic elements mixed up with turntable madness to create a quite distinctive sound that blurs the line between original music and a DJ set.

Pioneer Pro DJ Main Stage
[2008]

Dr Fish
Ben (Dr Fish) hails from the deepest darkest Dorset countryside, where he grew up on a diet of Cider and Music! He began DJing in the late 90s upon the discovery of Psy-Trance & Techno. In 2003, inspired by DJs such as Yoda and 2many DJs, he began mashing different styles of music together, and learning the art of turtablism. By chance in 2004 he was offered his first residency in South West France during a summer living as a surf bum. For the next three years he stayed in France; Surfing, Snowboarding, and rocking parties from sea level to the mountain tops. A return to the UK in 2007 saw Ben enter the 2007 D Joust competition. From over 400 entrants, he went on to win the competition, knocking out some well know names en route with his underground beats and technical scratching. Since the Joust, he’s gone on to play a variety of venues such as Ministry Of Sound, Motion Sk8 Park, Timbuktu, Herbal, Babaloo, and Dusk Til Dawn.
